After many years, I have finally got to Gotland during Almedalen Week - one week of political speeches, seminars, workshops, meetings and lobby events. The first thing that has amazed me is that the programme for the event is 20 pages long! 

I want to attend the 2 day seminar organised by Baltic Development Forum and SIDA on the future of the Baltic Sea Region on Monday and Tuesday. - Ulf Johansson is one of the speakers.

I had to arrive on Saturday as all he flights were full for Sunday. On Saturday evening the town is quite full, the harbour is full - looks like being an interesting time!
