A new face as Björn seeks new challenges and Åke joins the B7 politicians.

Björn Jansson, vice Mayor on Gotland, has decided to step down as a full time politician after many years. Björn has taken an active interest in B7 and we hope this continues.
Gotland has chosen to be represented in B7 by both the majority and the opposition leaders.

Åke Svensson will replace Björn Jansson from January 2010 to make sure the engagement will continue even if there is a change in power. The co-operation of the party in power and the opposition party is one of the factors that have enabled Gotland to focus on the longer term.
